I take this decision without being influenced by a misleading stimulus ?

If the last project was a failure and all meetings have turned into huge scandals, it means that your whole business is compromised. Try to make an overall assessment based on your first day on the job, how you evolved, motivations etc... Do not let nerves and some words thrown in anger (perhaps including the threat of resignation) to mark a career that might flourish.

What chance you have to find something better?

Think about the advantages of the present post. Take account of where you worked before coming here and the advantages / disadvantages there. Think what has evolved in your career. Your current position helps or not? What chance you have to find something better? You have time to search? You have some money put aside to feel no financial pressure?

What opinion have the others?

A colleague or a close colleague, spouse or friend - they can tell you a valuable opinion. Often we are so caught up in web spider of the situation, we face that we can not think with a clear mind. Is good to talk to more people about your decision, to accept their counter-arguments and try to answer them. You will then be clear if your choice is good or not and certainly you will discover some issues that you escaped!

You take the decision because of stress?

If you have one busy schedule, it's time to take a vacation and reorganize your work. If your program is so because bosses give you more work or colleagues who leave to you many things, try to take a decision.

I'm ready for a new change?

Think about your priorities that you have set for this period. If you want to have a child or to spend more time with family, a new job can unable you to do these things. Another schedule, more responsibility ...
